Your Role:
To support our team, we are looking for a structured, reliable, and communicative individual who will help shape our office, administrative processes, and internal workflows and ensure that our team can work as effectively as possible.
Your future responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the entire team
- Assisting with the planning and organization of business trips
- Reviewing and preparing travel expense reports
- Handling internal and external correspondence in German and English
- Managing office operations, including office organization, mail handling, filing, and documentation
- Coordinating external service providers related to our office and laboratory environment
- Ordering and managing office supplies, consumables, and other office needs
- Assisting with the organization of internal meetings, team events, and external events
- Providing administrative support for projects and internal processes
- Assisting with accounting, insurance, contract, and document management
- Contributing to the further development of our internal structures and processes
What makes you the right fit for us:
- Completed business apprenticeship, a comparable degree, or relevant practical experience
- Professional experience in office management, executive assistance, administration, or team support
- Ideally, some experience with travel expense reports, bookkeeping, or HR-related administrative processes
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a meticulous work ethic
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a high degree of service orientation
- Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and solving problems pragmatically
- Desire to familiarize yourself with new topics and grow alongside a dynamic startup culture
