The participant agrees that, in the context of the event for which they wish to register (name, date, and location as specified in the registration form), photo, video, and audio recordings may be made, among other things, by SPRIND and/or service providers commissioned by SPRIND. At the same time, the participant consents to SPRIND storing these recordings for a period of 72 months and using them for public relations purposes. The participant is aware that they will not receive any remuneration for the publication. The recordings are used exclusively for SPRIND’s public relations activities as well as for the announcement and promotion of the event.
The participant further agrees that SPRIND may process the personal data of participants provided during registration (in particular first name, last name, company/project, email address) in order to conduct the event and enable participation. This also includes listing the names of participants, information about their company/project, and their email addresses in a participant directory that will be made available to other participants of the event. In addition, name badges will be prepared for participants prior to the event. The personal data collected during registration will be deleted once the purpose of processing no longer applies, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
VOLUNTARINESS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consent is voluntary. The participant has the right at any time to withdraw their consent pursuant to Article 7(3) GDPR by email to events@sprind.org, with the result that the data storage and transfer described above, for which consent was given, will no longer take place in the future.
