DECLARATION OF CONSENT
1. Declaration of consent for the creation and publication of photo, video and sound recordings by SPRIND and, if applicable, its service providers
The participant agrees that, as part of the Tech Metal Innovators' Day
on 10.09.2025 at the premises Design Offices Berlin Humboldthafen, Alexanderufer 3-7, 10117 Berlin and its surroundings, SPRIND or its service providers may take photo, video and sound recordings. At the same time, the participant agrees that the recordings may be stored and published by SPRIND for a period of 72 months for public relations purposes. The recordings are used exclusively for SPRIND's public relations work and to publicize the event.
2. Voluntariness and possibility of revocation
Consent to section 1 is voluntary. The participant has the right to revoke the consent under section 1 at any time in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR by e-mail to events@sprind.org with the consequence that the data storage and transmission described above, for which consent was given, will no longer take place in future.
