YOUR ROLE:

As a Senior Agile Coach/ Scrum Master (f/m/d), you will actively shape the future of our organisation. You strengthen agile collaboration across teams and departments and ensure that structures, processes, and ways of working interact effectively. With your experience in organisational development, you help us evolve as a learning and adaptable organisation.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Development and facilitation of agile transformation processes at the higher organisational and team level.
  • Establishment and moderation of Scrum of Scrums, creating structures that enable effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Support for leaders and teams in embedding agile thinking and practices in their daily work.
  • Analysis of existing organisational structures and development of pragmatic, people-centred improvements.
  • Integration of agile principles into strategic decision-making as a sparring partner for management.
  • Design and delivery of workshops, retrospectives, and coaching sessions to foster sustainable change.
  • Promotion of transparency, self-organisation, and continuous improvement across all organisational levels.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of experience as an Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or Transformation Lead in scaled and complex environments.
  • Proven track record in establishing and facilitating Scrum of Scrums, Agile Offices or comparable forms of process organisation.
  • Strong background in organisational development and agile transformation.
  • Experience in guiding change processes and building learning organisations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to combine systems thinking with leadership competence and sound judgement.
  • In-depth understanding of agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, OKR) and the associated tools (incl. JIRA).
  • High level of initiative, a hands-on approach, and enthusiasm for shaping an open and learning-oriented organisational culture.
  • Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
